王国华

王国华 (Guohua Wang),副研究员,复旦大学-美国匹兹堡大学联合培养博士,美国匹兹堡大学医学中心(UPMC)神经病学系博士后,江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,优秀青年骨干教师,上海市优秀博士毕业生,南通大学“创新人才基金”资助对象同时担任国际脑血流代谢协会青年委员(ISCBFM Young Investigator Committee),Brain 2017大会执委会委员(The member of the Program Committee for BRAIN 2017 conference)和国际神经科学学会会员。主要从事脑损伤发病机制及神经保护研究,首次报道了抑制小胶质细胞中的组蛋白去乙酰化酶可能是未来针对脑损伤以及白质受损等其他神经系统疾病一种非常有潜力的治疗方法,为相关神经保护药物的开发提供了更多的理论依据和研究思路(PNAS. 2015, 112(9):2853-8Neurotherapeutics. 2013, 10(1):124-42);首次揭示了TBI损伤后小胶与白质损伤具有相关性(JCBFM. 2013,33(12):1864-74; J Neurotrauma, 2011, 28(10): 2123-34)。作为项目负责人,先后主持国家自然科学青年基金1项、面上项目1项,同时参与完成了国家自然科学基金重点项目和多项面上项目;在美国从事博士后研究工作期间,还参与了美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)基金研究工作。近六年来,发表SCI论文15篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表7单篇最高影响因子9.809,累计影响因子近40;并先后被NATURE REVIEWS NEUROLOGY、PNAS、Journal of Neuroscience等国际著名期刊他引达302次。近年来多次在本学科重要国际会议上,做口头汇报或壁报交流,其中2011年、2013年、2015年连续荣获三届国际脑血流代谢协会议“Young Investigator’s Bursary Award”。同时担任多种国际著名期刊J Cereb Blood Flow Metab, J Neurotrauma, Neuroscience Brain Conference, International Stroke Conference的审稿人。参与编写《神经生物学》等教材3部;申报国家级发明专利3项,其中1项已经获授权。

Major research areas:

My research is primarily focused on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of brain injury and neuroprotection. Over the past ten years, I have displayed a devotion to research on CNS injury. In the past 3 years alone, I have authored more than ten research papers in peer-reviewed journals including PNAS, J Cereb Blood Flow Metab, Neurotherapeutics, Neuropharmacology, Journal of Neurotrauma, Journal of Neuroscience Research, and European Journal of Pharmacology. I also presented my research results at national and international conferences, including the annual meetings of the Society for Neuroscience, the biennial Brain Conferences (2011, 2013 and 2015), and the annual International Stroke Conferences. In addition, I've received several competitive awards, including the Young Investigator’s Bursary Award, in three continuous Brain conferences, the Silver Award for the creative ability in Jiangsu Province, and the Outstanding Master’s Degree Thesis in Jiangsu Province. Now I am the member of Young Investigators' Committee for the International Society of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism (ISCBFM) and also the member of the Program Committee for BRAIN 2017 conference.
